Salmon with Red Pepper Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup jarred roasted red peppers roasted red pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup cashews roasted red pepper sauce
- 1 plum tomato roasted red pepper sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar roasted red pepper sauce
- 1 clove garlic roasted red pepper sauce
- 1 pinch paprika roasted red pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper roasted red pepper sauce
- 1/3 cup heavy cream or non dairy cream roasted red pepper sauce
- salt roasted red pepper sauce
- pepper roasted red pepper sauce
- 1 fillet salmon baked salmon
- 2 tbsp kerrygold grassfed butter baked salmon
- 1/2 lemon baked salmon
- 1 tbsp oregano baked salmon
- salt baked salmon
- pepper baked salmon
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- preheat oven to 400 degrees
- blend all sauce ingredients except cream
- add blended liquid to a saucepan on low heat and stir in cream
- heat 1 tbsp of olive oil on pan
- sear salmon on one side for 2 minutes and flip over to other side for another 2 minutes
- bake salmon at 400 degrees or until salmon is no longer pink
- season with salt and pepper to taste
- add riced cauliflower to pan on medium to medium high heat and brown with 1 tbsp of kerrygold butter, salt, and pepper
- add zucchini to a pan on medium to medium high heat and saute in 1 tbsp olive oil
