Paleo Keto Egg Bites
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 6 strips bacon
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 small red onion
- taco seasoning
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350
- grease muffin tin with olive oil or use muffin cups
- cook bacon on pan at medium heat
- finely chop bacon
- finely chop onion
- in a bowl mix eggs
- add milk, bacon, onion, and seasonings to egg mixture and stir to combine
- pour egg mixture into muffin cups
- bake egg bites for 20 minutes
