No ice cream or dairy required for this smooth & creamy shake making it paleo, keto, and gluten free. And you know I love anything that can be turned into a paleto recipe (paleo keto).
The magic is all in the ingredients. I prefer to use fresh mint leaves and quality vanilla extract. It makes a world of difference.
Keto Shamrock Shake
Because you don’t holiday for an excuse to have one of these!
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 avocado
- 1 pinch himalayan pink salt
Instructions
- Cut avocado in half and remove pit. 2. Add avocado to blender along with coconut milk, mint leaves, stevia, vanilla extract, avocado, and a pinch of himalayan pink salt. 3. Blend together.4. Add ice and water as needed.
