This is a really simple and satisfying keto chili recipe. With that dash of cinnamon to accentuate the spices, you won’t even miss the beans! To add even more flavor at the end – sour cream, avocado slices, green onions, cilantro, hot sauce, or bacon crumbles all make great toppings
Keto Chili
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 24 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 green bell pepper
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Chop produce and garlic
- In a pot add olive oil, onions, and garlic, and saute over medium heat
- Add bell peppers, chicken broth, salt, and spices
- Add tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes
- Serve with sour cream, avocado, cilantro, and/or green onions
