This is a super simple go to kale salad that can be paired a balsamic dressing. You can add in any fresh fruit you like but if you’re keto keep it minimal!
Keto Kale Apple Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- kale
- 1 breast grilled chicken
- 2 tbsp goat cheese
- 1/4 apple
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- 1 stalk celery
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add kale to bowl
- Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to bowl
- Massage ingredients together with hands until kale is softened
- Add dressing and toss
- Add chopped onion
- Add chopped celery
- Add chicken
- Add apples
- Add goat cheese
