Fresh & vibrant flavors. I absolutely love this chimichurri sauce over roasted vegetables, steak, or pork. It’s best if you have a food processor to blend the ingredients into a sauce but no worries if you don’t. It will come out a little more chunky, but just as flavorful.
Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/8 cup fresh oregano
- 1/4 small red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon
- salt
- pepper
- red pepper flakes
Instructions
- finely chop parsley, cilantro, oregano, onion, and garlic
- add to a bowl and add remaining ingredients
- stir together or blend in food processor
- if you have a food processor you don't need to finely chop the herbs
