Chimichurri Sauce

Fresh & vibrant flavors. I absolutely love this chimichurri sauce over roasted vegetables, steak, or pork. It’s best if you have a food processor to blend the ingredients into a sauce but no worries if you don’t. It will come out a little more chunky, but just as flavorful.

Chimichurri Sauce


  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 cup fresh oregano
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red pepper flakes


  • finely chop parsley, cilantro, oregano, onion, and garlic
  • add to a bowl and add remaining ingredients
  • stir together or blend in food processor
  • if you have a food processor you don't need to finely chop the herbs
