California Turkey Club Lettuce Wrap
Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/8 cup red onion
- 4 slices turkey breast lunch meat
- 1 tbsp paleo mayo
- 1/4 avocado (smashed)
- 3-4 romaine hearts
- 2 slices tomato
- parchment paper
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano sauce
- salt sauce
- pepper sauce
Instructions
- cook bacon on pan at medium to medium high heat
- slice tomatoes
- dice onions
- chop bacon
- lay romaine hearts on parchment paper
- lay turkey breast lunch meat on romaine hearts
- smooth paleo mayo & smashed avocado over turkey breast
- layer tomatoes, onion, and bacon
- stir together sauce ingredients in bowl
- drizzle sauce on top of layered sandwich
- roll with parchment paper and cut in half
- pull back parchment paper as eating so it keeps it's form
