This is a go to homemade salad dressing. It’s simple & versatile. You can make fresh or increase ingredients to make a refrigerated container of dressing that can be used for up to a week.
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 shallot
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
Instructions
- Finely chop shallot
- Finely chop garlic
- Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk together
- This can be used right away or you can make a large batch to use over the week and store in a refrigerated container
